Quick answer
Can I get a refund from Broadband Proxies?
Yes: Broadband Proxies credits eligible purchases back to your balance. For a residential or rotating-mobile plan, ask within 72 hours; usage must stay under 20% of the plan and at most 1 GB. A faulty plan that support cannot repair within 24 hours comes back in full. Dedicated ports have their own rules, listed below. Top-ups themselves stay on your balance and are not returned to a wallet, unless the law requires it.
What is the rule, word for word?
Within 72 hours of purchase, a residential or rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent.

How do I ask for a credit?
Email support
Write to [email protected] with "Refund" in the subject. Use the email address on the account if you added one.
Identify the payment
Give the order date, the plan and the TXID of the top-up that paid for it. No ID or documents are needed.
Say what went wrong
One or two lines are enough, such as "I ordered 50 GB, not 5 GB" or "my port never arrived".
Keep your secrets out
Never send your account number or proxy password. We never ask for your account number by email or chat.
Where does the credit go?
Approved credits are added in US dollars to your Broadband Proxies balance. Support then emails you the amount. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week. You can spend the credit on any plan listed on the pricing page.
What is never paid back?
- Crypto already on your balance does not go back to a wallet, unless the law requires it.
- Network fees of the original transfer.
- Coins sent on the wrong network, in the wrong asset or too late for the payment window, if they cannot be retrieved.
- Balance and traffic on accounts closed under the Acceptable Use Policy.
Is there a chargeback on crypto payments?
No. A confirmed blockchain transfer cannot be reversed by us, by you or by a bank, so no chargeback exists. Every claim goes through this policy, by email to [email protected].
This policy is part of the Terms of Service, and credits are granted by ProxyGoat LLC. A new version of this policy covers only purchases made after the date shown at the top.
