Quick answer

Which US ISPs can I target with Broadband Proxies?

Broadband Proxies documents 35 US home-internet networks you can target by AS number, from Comcast (AS7922), Charter Spectrum (AS20115) and AT&T (AS7018) to municipal and regional fiber such as EPB (AS26827). ASN targeting is included on every plan, from $2.63 for 1 GB as of October 2026. No KYC; pay in crypto.

IPv4 counts are the addresses each network announced on 2026-10-18 according to RIPEstat: they measure the ISP, not our pool. The last column counts the cities on this site where the FCC map lists the ISP among the ten widest providers.

How do I choose the right ASN for an ISP?

Start with the main ASN on the ISP page, then check whether a regional one fits better. Cable companies that grew by acquisition often kept the old networks: Spectrum still routes former Time Warner Cable regions on AS10796, AS11427 or AS12271 and former Bright House areas on AS33363. Telcos are simpler: AT&T is AS7018 and Verizon Fios AS701.

The registered name of an ASN can be misleading. Mediacom's residential ranges appear under an ASN named "enterprise business", and Ziply Fiber routes on an ASN registered as "Wholesail networks". When in doubt, request an IP and look up its prefix, as shown in check the ASN of your exit IP.

Which ISPs changed owner in 2025 and 2026?

  • Charter completed its Cox deal effective August 19, 2026; Cox homes still route on AS22773.
  • Verizon bought Frontier (January 20, 2026) and Starry (January 30, 2026).
  • AT&T bought Lumen's consumer fiber business, including Quantum Fiber, on February 2, 2026.
  • BCE bought Ziply Fiber on August 1, 2025, the day Uniti and Windstream (Kinetic) merged.
  • T-Mobile formed fiber joint ventures with Lumos (April 1, 2025) and Metronet (July 24, 2025).
  • Altice USA renamed itself Optimum Communications (November 7, 2025), and WOW! went private (December 31, 2025).

Routing follows ownership slowly. The mergers guide says which ASN to use after each deal.

Questions about ISPs and ASNs

What is an ASN?

An autonomous system number identifies a network on the internet. Each ISP announces its IP ranges under one or more ASNs, such as AS7922 for Comcast. Targeting an ASN asks the gateway for a home IP from that network. See how ASN targeting works.

Why are mobile carriers not in this list?

This site is about home internet. T-Mobile and Verizon appear only for their 5G home internet service, which shares the mobile network. For a dedicated carrier IP, a US 4G/5G port is on the pricing page.

Can I target an ISP that is not listed?

Often, yes: any US ASN with home devices online in the pool can be requested with asn-<number>. The list covers the networks we have documented with sourced data. ASN availability varies by network, city and time of day; the checkout shows what is online, and no IP count per ISP is published.

Why is Metronet missing?

Metronet, now a T-Mobile and KKR joint venture, has no page because we could not confirm which ASN announces its home ranges. We only publish ASNs we can verify in public routing data.

How often is this list updated?

The ASN and IPv4 data were checked on 2026-10-18, subscriber figures come from the latest company filings, and FCC coverage uses the December 31, 2025 map data released in 2026. Changes are recorded in the changelog.
