Each extra filter shrinks the set of matching home IPs: if a request finds none, drop the ZIP or city first and keep asn-16591. Check what you got with our exit IP ASN guide.
AS16591 is Google Fiber's own network, separate from Google's main AS15169, so a Google Fiber home IP is not a 'Google data center' IP. In the FCC data the provider appears as 'Google LLC'. Webpass apartment service uses AS19165.
Google Fiber IPs are a fiber-only home view in cities where it competes with cable: Kansas City, Austin, Raleigh, Nashville, Atlanta and Salt Lake City. Useful for broadband-offer checks and for testing sites on a high-upload fiber network. More examples are in our use cases; the rules are in the acceptable use policy.
ASN targeting costs nothing extra: Google Fiber traffic is billed at the same rate per GB as any other US network. See all plans.

Prices in US dollars, paid in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. Fund your balance (at least $25, or the price of the plan you want), then buy from it; Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it. No identity documents are asked for.
It should not be confused with Google's servers: AS16591 is registered as 'GOOGLE-FIBER - Google Fiber Inc.', separate from Google's main network AS15169. Some IP databases still label the organization 'Google', so check how your target classifies it.
