Send reports about abuse from one of our IPs to [email protected], with the IP, the time in UTC and the target. There is no phone line and no live chat. Never send your account number or proxy password in a message.

How do I get a fast answer from support?
Tell us what you sent and what came back:
- the proxy username you used, with the password removed, so we can see the ASN, state, city, ZIP and session;
- the target site and the tool or library you use;
- the exact error or status code, with the time in UTC;
- for a payment problem, the TXID together with the coin and network used.
When the problem concerns one network or one city, put it in the subject line, for example "AS7922 Houston".
How do I report abuse?
Email [email protected] with the IP address, the date and time in UTC, and the target host or URL. Describe the type of abuse and add any log lines that show it, plus a way to reach you.
Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. When the traffic came from a customer, the Acceptable Use Policy applies.
What if I lost my account number?
Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. If you added an email, write to us from that address. A payment TXID, amount or date alone does not prove that an account is yours, because blockchain data is public.
