Astound is a roll-up of regional cable companies, and each kept its ASN: RCN's AS6079 in the East and Chicago, Wave's AS11404 on the West Coast and Grande's AS7459 in Texas. The FCC lists all of them under the holding company Radiate Holdings, LP. Target the ASN that matches the city.
Astound IPs give an 'overbuilder' cable view next to Comcast or Spectrum in the same city: useful for broadband-offer comparisons, local ads and testing ISP detection in Chicago, Boston, DC, Seattle and Austin. More examples are in our use cases; the rules are in the acceptable use policy.
ASN targeting costs nothing extra: Astound traffic is billed at the same rate per GB as any other US network. See all plans.

In every plan: Protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5 · Targeting: ASN (ISP), state, city and ZIP in the US; country elsewhere; city availability varies · Sessions: Rotating or sticky (up to 30 minutes) · Authentication: Username and password, or an IP allowlist (up to 10 IPs) · Traffic expiry: Never expires
Prices in US dollars, paid in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. Fund your balance (at least $25, or the price of the plan you want), then buy from it; Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it. No identity documents are asked for.
Use asn-6079, the former RCN network, which RIPEstat lists as 'RCN-AS - RCN'. Wave's AS11404 covers Seattle and Portland, and Grande's AS7459 covers Austin and San Antonio.
