Add asn-209 to your username. The full format is USERNAME-country-{cc}-state-{state}-city-{city}-zip-{zip}-asn-{asn}-session-{id}-ttl-{minutes}; every segment except the country is optional.
USERNAME-country-us-asn-209: any CenturyLink IP in the United States.USERNAME-country-us-state-co-asn-209: CenturyLink in one state.USERNAME-country-us-state-co-city-denver-asn-209: CenturyLink in Denver.USERNAME-country-us-state-co-city-denver-asn-209-session-centurylink1-ttl-15: the same Denver IP kept for up to 15 minutes.USERNAME-country-us-asn-22561: smaller CenturyLink network.Connect to gw.broadbandproxies.com on port 7777 (HTTP and HTTPS) or 7778 (SOCKS5). Each extra filter shrinks the set of matching home IPs: if a request finds none, drop the ZIP or city first and keep asn-209. Check what you got with our exit IP ASN guide.
AS209 is the old Qwest backbone and still announces about 19.8 million IPv4 addresses (RIPEstat, 2026-10-18). Because fiber customers changed owner before the network moved, an AS209 IP in Denver may belong to an AT&T-owned Quantum Fiber home or to a Lumen CenturyLink DSL line. Geolocation services may label it either way.
AS209 is the way to reach home IPs in the Mountain West and Pacific Northwest telco footprint, check how sites handle the CenturyLink and Quantum Fiber rebrand, and compare cable (Comcast) with telco households in the same western city. More examples are in our use cases; the rules are in the acceptable use policy.
ASN targeting costs nothing extra: CenturyLink traffic is billed at the same rate per GB as any other US network. See all plans.

In every plan: Protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5 · Targeting: ASN (ISP), state, city and ZIP in the US; country elsewhere; city availability varies · Sessions: Rotating or sticky (up to 30 minutes) · Authentication: Username and password, or an IP allowlist (up to 10 IPs) · Traffic expiry: Never expires
Prices in US dollars, paid in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. Fund your balance (at least $25, or the price of the plan you want), then buy from it; Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it. No identity documents are asked for.
AT&T. The sale of Lumen's consumer fiber business, including about 95% of Quantum Fiber, closed on February 2, 2026. Lumen still runs CenturyLink copper service. Routing still shows many of these homes on AS209 as of October 2026.
Try asn-209 first in former Qwest cities such as Denver, then asn-7018, and confirm the holder of the IP you get in RIPEstat. Routing moves after ownership, and the timing is not public.
No. Brightspeed bought CenturyLink's local telephone areas in 20 states in 2022 and has its own ASN, AS19901. The remaining CenturyLink areas, mostly the former Qwest West, stay with Lumen on AS209.
The same as any other US network: CenturyLink targeting is included at no extra cost. As of October 2026, Broadband Proxies charges $2.63 for 1 GB, $5.94 for 10 GB, $50 for 100 GB and $500 for 1 TB ($0.50/GB). Pay from a $25 crypto top-up; unused traffic never expires.
