Quick answer
Where can I buy Kinetic (Windstream) residential proxies?

Kinetic serves about 1,400 markets across 18 states. Uniti's 2026 filings name Texas, Arkansas, Kentucky, Ohio, Georgia, Iowa, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina and Oklahoma among them; most are small towns and rural areas.
Among the 45 large US cities on this site, the FCC National Broadband Map (data as of December 31, 2025) lists Kinetic in 1: Charlotte (4.2% of residential units).
| City | Share of residential units covered | Rank among providers there |

AS7029 announces about 10.6 million IPv4 addresses (RIPEstat, 2026-10-18), many of them on older DSL lines in rural areas. Geolocation for rural DSL IPs is often only accurate to the county or a nearby town, so city-level checks work best in Kinetic's larger towns, such as Lexington, Kentucky.
Kinetic IPs reach rural and small-town households in the South and Midwest, for checks of regional prices, delivery coverage and ads that urban panels never see. More examples are in our use cases; the rules are in the acceptable use policy.
ASN targeting costs nothing extra: Kinetic traffic is billed at the same rate per GB as any other US network. See all plans.

Yes. Uniti Group and Windstream merged on August 1, 2025. Windstream's consumer business is the Kinetic segment of Uniti, and its network still announces AS7029, listed as 'WINDSTREAM - Windstream Communications LLC' in RIPEstat.
Both. Uniti counted about 2.1 million fiber-equipped households in mid-2026, but much of the footprint is still copper DSL. The ASN does not tell you which; the city or ZIP can help.
Kinetic files with the FCC under Uniti Group Inc. In our data it appears with small shares, such as 4.2% of Charlotte's residential units, because Kinetic's networks sit mostly outside big cities.
The same as any other US network: Kinetic targeting is included at no extra cost. As of October 2026, Broadband Proxies charges $2.63 for 1 GB, $5.94 for 10 GB, $50 for 100 GB and $500 for 1 TB ($0.50/GB). Pay from a $25 crypto top-up; unused traffic never expires.
