## Residential plans: ASN, city and ZIP included

| Plan | Quantity | Price | Price per unit |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Test | 1 GB | $2.63 | $2.63/GB |
| Team | 10 GB | $5.94 | $0.59/GB |
| Business | 100 GB | $50 | $0.50/GB |
| Terabyte | 1 TB | $500 | $0.50/GB |

In every plan: Protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5 · Targeting: ASN (ISP), state, city and ZIP in the US; country elsewhere; city availability varies · Sessions: Rotating or sticky (up to 30 minutes) · Authentication: Username and password, or an IP allowlist (up to 10 IPs) · Traffic expiry: Never expires

**Before you pay**

- Minimum top-up $25. Top up once in crypto, then buy any plan from your balance.
- Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.
- Credited once your payment is checked on the blockchain. Typical network confirmation time: BTC ≈ 20 min · USDT TRC-20 ≈ 1 min · USDT ERC-20 ≈ 5 min · USDC ERC-20 ≈ 5 min · ETH ≈ 5 min · SOL ≈ 1 min · LTC ≈ 15 min

## How does it work?

1. **Pick a network and a place** — Find the ISP's AS number on its ISP page, or start from a city page that lists the providers the FCC reports there.
2. **Top up in crypto and buy a plan** — Send BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC from $25; once the payment is confirmed, buy a plan from your balance. No ID, no email required.
3. **Put the target in the username** — Connect to gw.broadbandproxies.com on port 7777 or 7778 with USERNAME-country-us-asn-7922 or any mix of state, city, ZIP and ASN.

## Data and guides behind the targeting

- **[US broadband IP index 2026](https://broadbandproxies.com/research/us-broadband-ip-index-2026/)** — 35 networks with their ASNs and IPv4 space, and 45 cities with FCC fiber, cable and gigabit coverage.
- **[How ASN targeting works](https://broadbandproxies.com/guides/how-asn-targeting-works/)** — What an AS number is, why one ISP can have ten, and what to do when a lookup shows another one.
- **[ISP proxies vs residential by ISP](https://broadbandproxies.com/compare/isp-proxies-vs-residential-by-isp/)** — Static data-center 'ISP proxies' and rotating home IPs on a chosen network are different products.

## The rules we work by

- **Acceptable use policy** — Blocked: Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587. Read the policy.
- **Where the IPs come from** — Upstream partner networks with opt-in device owners. Sourcing.
- **Refunds as credit** — Unused plans within 72 hours (under 20% and 1 GB used). Refund policy.
- **Support by email** — Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week: support@broadbandproxies.com.

## Questions about ISP and city targeting

### Does ASN targeting cost extra?

No. ASN, state, city and ZIP targeting are included on every Broadband Proxies residential plan, from $2.63 for 1 GB to $500 for 1 TB, as of October 2026. Some sellers charge more: DataImpulse bills ASN-targeted traffic at double its standard rate, and SOAX keeps ASN for its $1,500-a-month plan (both checked 2026-10-18).

### Can I combine an ISP and a city?

Yes. One username can carry state, city, ZIP and ASN together, for example `USERNAME-country-us-state-tx-city-houston-asn-7922` for Comcast in Houston. Every filter you add leaves fewer matching homes online, so if a request fails, drop the ZIP or city first. City availability varies; the checkout shows what is online.

### Are these 'ISP proxies'?

No. 'ISP proxies' usually means static IPs registered to an ISP but hosted in a data center. Broadband Proxies sells rotating or sticky IPs from real home connections, selected by the ISP's AS number. See [ISP proxies vs residential by ISP](https://broadbandproxies.com/compare/isp-proxies-vs-residential-by-isp/).

### How many Comcast or Spectrum IPs do you have?

We do not publish IP counts per ISP, because they change through the day as home devices go online and offline. The network sizes on our ISP pages come from RIPEstat and measure the ISP's whole network, not our pool. Test your ISP and city with the 1 GB plan first.

### Do I need KYC to buy?

No. No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy. You sign in with an account number; email is optional. Payment is in crypto only: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, from a $25 top-up. Use is governed by the [acceptable use policy](https://broadbandproxies.com/acceptable-use/).

## Key facts

| Attribute | Value |
| --- | --- |
| What it is | Rotating and sticky US residential proxies you can target by home-internet provider (ASN), state, city and ZIP, billed per GB |
| KYC / ID verification | None: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy |
| Residential price | $2.63 for 1 GB, $5.94 for 10 GB, $50 for 100 GB, $500 for 1 TB ($0.50/GB) |

| City pages | 45 large US cities with their home-internet providers and FCC coverage figures |
| Targeting | Country and city targeting on every plan; in the United States also state and ZIP code; ASN targeting at no extra cost. City availability varies |
| Availability | ASN availability varies by network, city and time of day; the checkout shows what is online, and no IP count per ISP is published |
| Rotation | Each new connection gets an IP from the pool, usually a different one; to get a new IP on every request, send one request per connection (turn off keep-alive). Sticky sessions: up to 30 minutes (the IP can change earlier, for example if the home device goes offline) |
| Protocols | HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5 |
| Traffic expiry | Prepaid residential and rotating-mobile traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them |
| Traffic counting | Usage counts all data sent and received through the proxy (upload and download, headers included). 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. Connection attempts that fail before reaching the target are not counted |
| Payment | Crypto only: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC (USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, USDC on ERC-20) |
| Payment model | Top up from $25, then buy any plan from your balance. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it |
| Gateway | gw.broadbandproxies.com, port 7777 (HTTP and HTTPS) and port 7778 (SOCKS5) |
| Account | Account-number login; email is optional. Username and password on every plan, or an IP allowlist (up to 10 IPs). Sub-users with their own credentials and traffic cap. API keys you can revoke at any time |
| Data kept | We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. To handle abuse reports and billing disputes, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy |
| Rules of use | Blocked: Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587 |
| Operator | ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA). The team has been in the proxy business since 2019 |
| Support | Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week |
